About MVL
Established in 1991, the Maine Valley 8-Ball Association began with 37 teams and 226 players; today the Association has over 70 teams and a player base exceeding 500 players. Each year state team and singles championships are held in three seperate skill levels; Open, Sportsman and Recreational.
Teams may also chose to participate in the annual Quebec City Invitational in March and or the International Championships, held in Las Vegas NV each year in the month of May coinciding with Memorial Day week.
In addition to team league team play, the Association sponsors various singles and scotch doubles tournaments held on weekends during the league season.
Maine Player Reminder:
$15.00 Sanction fees are due
on the first night a player plays.
Sanction fees run
from 1 July to 30 June.
